A rare look at the Ferrari F50’s Formula 1 derived steel block and its special head-gasket compression rings. During the refurb work I commissioned on the V12 while it is engine-out for reseal of new oil pump and cam covers etc, most of the seals are most likely to be original, taking opportunity at the same time to have engine stripped back to its block with heads on, all internals visually inspected, valve clearances checked, refinished and rebuilt as good as new 🐎❤️ #ferrari #f50 #f1 #v12 #s
