Porth Nanven (grid reference SW355307) (also locally known as Penanwell and occasionally as Cot Valley Beach) is a beach in the far west of Cornwall, United Kingdom. It is located halfamile west of the town of St Just. The beach is at the seaward end of the Cot Valley and is part of the Aire Point

We took a drive down the Cot Valley today with the intention of sitting on the bench above Porth Nanven beach (Dinosaur egg beach because of the ovine shaped rocks) to eat our packed lunch, but what wind there was today was blowing right in there!! So I did this video to show you all what it was like and then we went around to The Cape and had our lunch there
