So as we saw last year, Flounder gets weirded out when people put their Christmas trees outside ON THEIR SIDES to rest. Christmas trees don't naturally lay on their sides, so I agree: it is weird. This year, as soon as the neighbors put their tree out (which seemed unusually early to me, but I don't know much about real trees), I closed the blinds so she wouldn't see it. I was wrong.
